[Bug 271524] [NEW] Firefox/Abrowser recommend ubufox

Public bug reported:

Firefox and Abrowser should only suggest installing ubufox (intead of
recommending it) to avoid installing ubufox and synaptic on KDE.

A crazy side effect of recommending ubufox is that Abroser shows the
"Mozilla Firefox End-User Software License Agreement"(!) on the first
start of Abrowser (chrome://ubufox/content/mozeula.html).
