Hmm.

Perhaps Apache should adopt the EULA idea. Each time you visit a web
page powered by Apache HTTP server for the first time, you get a
compulsory EULA pop-up before the web site appears...

Perhaps you should get an EULA appear for every media player, office
application, game and development tool you decide to play with. And
perhaps they should appear every time you use the application, in case
you decide to hack on one later on and didn't bother to read the EULA
first time?

What about the Linux kernel? and all the other low-level programs that
run your computer? Don't they deserve to pop-up EULA's on first boot in
case Dell tries to slap their name all over the README files?

This was Mozilla's response to Chrome? ergh.
