I can confirm this to!

but my situation is slightly different.

I use firefox3 with flash 10 in a terminal server env.
When i start a video at youtube my firefox behaves horrible. a few seconds lag in the menu's.
When i disable hardware accel it doens't change a thing.

I can understand that flash video's or slow but it shouldn't  hang my
browser.
