[Bug 256428] Re: Lightning extension will not properly display calendar

The bug can be reproduced :
1. Install thunderbird-2.0.0.16+nobinonly-0ubuntu2 package
2. Download & Install lightning from Mozilla Addons (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/2313)

Several layout/display issues : 
1. The "mode toolbar" stays on the left of the mail folders tree pane (look at attachment "tb-mail-view.png")
2. When I switch on day view, only the hours are shown in the main content pane. (look at attachment "tb-calendar-view.png")
3. When I switch on "Tasks" mode, I have the left pane normal with the calendar, "Show" menu and "Calendar" menu), but the main pane stays on mail.

The package in the repositories works. I have removed lightning
previously installed from https://addons.mozilla.org/ and then Installed
"lightning-extension" package from repositories and everything was as
expected.
