[Bug 270429] [NEW] passwords lost from hardy to intrepid

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

firefox 3.0.2 (intrepid) does not use password database from 3.0.1
(hardy) and moreover storing of new passwords does not work, password
list is  empty.

signons3.txt  is left alone.
