According to http://www.ubuntu.com/community/ubuntustory/components :
"The restricted component is reserved for software that is very commonly
used, and which is supported by the Ubuntu team even though it is not
available under a completely free licence."
This sounds just like the branded firefox browser, so it seems necessary
to move it to restricted.
My preference is also to use Iceweasel as the default browser for
Intrepid. I don't think there would be much confusion in a switch (as
long as it's labelled something like "Iceweasel Web Browser"). Debian
have already successfully performed the switch, so it should be even
easier for Ubuntu to do this. A EULA just isn't appropriate for the
default installation of free software.
