Hello, just wanted to say my piece.

Practically, to the end user, this EULA doesn't mean much. However, we
must take a stand on principle.

Practically, to Ubuntu, this EULA is a hassle. The timing of this
demand by Mozilla is less than optimal.

I would advocate a rebranded version of Firefox. I am leaning toward
"Ubuntu Web Browser" or "Internet" rather than "Iceweasel" because I
think Firefox was an odd enough name. We shouldn't gamble on Iceweasel.

Finally, I do not like the XFree86-Mozilla comparison. How many
millions of Firefox users are on Windows? If a Windows using friend
asks about alternative browsers, will you point to Firefox? Or some
other browser? So, I don't think Mozilla is going anywhere in the grand
scheme of things. Their relationship with the rest of the Free Software
movement might go sour for now, but they still have the Windows market
(and a small, small portion of the Mac OS X market.)
