I highly doubt that using the Firefox user agent string would fall under
trademark law. It's a simple string that needs to be there in order to
function correctly (since some sites only allow certain browsers, which
usually means IE and Fx). Trademark restrictions only cover what is
actually visible.

I am not a lawyer, though.
