[Bug 270095] [NEW] Password remember window appears

Description:
If a page is refreshed rapidly, a separate password remember window appears.

What I did:
I log into a cyberoam internet portal with login and password. Each time I log in, a bar at top appears with 3 buttons: "Remember", "Not Now" and "Never on this Site". The cyberoam login page has a "remember password" checkbox also which auto-enters the password even though firefox isn't set to remember it. If I click on my password and press Enter, it would log me in and if I do that again, it would log me out, since each time, the username is always there and password remains unerased as I had the "Remember Password" box checked. I clicked on the password box and kept the Enter key pressed. Naturally, the page would rapidly log in and out.

What was expected:
Each time it logs in, the top bar for password saving (with the 3 buttons) should appear. Though there should not be any additional popup (like firefox 2 had) to save password.

What happened:
The bar appeared. And so did an additional popup window (firefox 2.0 style) that had the same 3 buttons (Remember, Not now and Never on this site). If I keep the Enter button pressed further, at an instant, I have multiple popups for password saving, plus the top password saving bar.

How to reproduce:
Open a page that is a similar internet portal. The page should just log you in and not redirect to some other page after you log in. So if you keep the "Remember password" checked, both the username and password would remain unerased from the textboxes each time you log in and out. Repeat what I did and the popup should appear.

Tested with:
Firefox 3.0.1
I have no idea if the later release has this fixed.
