This is a not really an issue with Firefox in Ubuntu. Your site fails to
validate as HTML 4.01, and contains over 140 errors:
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.momentummiddle.org%2FView.php&charset=(detect+automatically)&doctype=Inline&group=0

This will cause problems in web browsers which follow web standards.
Internet Explorer has it's own special non-standard idea of HTML so
that's why it renders differently.
