[Bug 264193] [NEW] desktop border controls disappeared

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I was loading flash player, and all of a sudden, my desktop locked up.
I had to reboot.  Upon reboot, the shortcut status bars disappeared
along the desktop......... have no idea how to get them back...........
