[Bug 291302] [NEW] errors from new keyboard and mouse

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

after getting a new keyboard, firefox no longer shows a homepage, it
does not allow me to use the stop, back, forward or refresh browser
buttons, and will not show URL when i access pages through links or type
an address, error console shows many errors, even after startup. i can
still browse normally and access everything. I think the problem is due
to the new mouse. it is a five button mouse, i can use the back and
forward buttons through the side buttons on the mouse.

i love the new keyboard and mouse, but i will get rid of them if this
problem cant be sorted out.

linux ubuntu 8.04


information on the keyboard and mouse:
wireless internet keyboard & laser mouse
made by micro innovations
does not have certification from linux, but works fine
model kb1045lsr
