[Bug 232469] Re: Synaptic does not use proxy in some cases

All this kind of packages, flash, atheros firmware, broadcom firmware,
etc. needs to download a file, and they use wget.. But wget don't read
proxy parameters of Synaptic. This is why is not flashplugin-nonfree
problem.
