[Bug 288417] [NEW] Edit menu has duplicate shortcuts (Properties... & Account Settings...)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

The Edit menu has two options which open the same window.
Under the Edit menu option the "Properties..." and "Account Settings..." options open the "Account Settings" window.
One of these options should be removed to make it less confusing and make the Edit menu cleaner.

I'm using version 2.0.0.17.

Thanks!
Jon
