[Bug 283980] [NEW] Easy way to change from bookmarks sidebar to history sidebar

Binary package hint: firefox

It's cool to be able to have bookmarks and history as a sidebar, but it
could be easier to go from one to the other. A good, easy way to do it
would be to copy F-spot's sidebar. I'm attaching some mockups to explain
it visually.
