[Bug 153739] [NEW] Firefox opens under top gnome-panel in intrepid

Since intrepid alpha 6 release, Firefox top window decoration opens
under the top gnome-panel when it is opened for the first time while
compiz is enabled (default setting for a lot of computers).

So a lot of users might end with a Firefox window visibly impossible to
close, re-dimension or move with a fresh ubuntu installation.
