[Bug 302738] [NEW] Error when typing words to search into address bar

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

When I type a word or words, but not a URL into the address bar, it
doesnt search it with google, but puts it with a jar file.

For example, if i type 'google' into the address bar and pres enter, then the 'file not found' page comes, and this is in the address bar:
'jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/chrome/en-GB.jar!/locale/browser-region/region.propertiesgoogle'

so it adds the search term to the end of the file. Ihave only got this problem recently ie in the last few days, but it is really bugging me as I rely on that feature a lot.
