[Bug 302653] [NEW] my internet download stops (while watching you tube, I see the progress line stops. and it does that in other internet application. with firefox

it happens when i download.  I have firestarter and it shows that I
don't receive any bits at all.  it always stops after a couple of
seconds.  i would say 60 seconds.
