I've been having this issue since Firefox 3 Beta on both Hardy and
Intrepid.  I've at least one add-on that uses the context menu (down
them all) so it won't function properly.  I've switched to Opera until
this *very* annoying issue is fixed.

Also on my system when I click the Bookmarks toolbar it will randomly
choose a menu option, usually the top entry 'bookmark this page'.  Even
though it's similar, I suppose that's something for another bug report.
