I'm sorry to hear this issue persists, so I thought you'll feel better
when I say I actually admire you for putting so much effort in this (I
mean all of you here).

I'm sorry I can't contribute to the effort - I'm a technology challenged
person trying to make a point that Linux can be a good solution for the
masses... so when I say I need an idiot proof method I really mean it :)
