Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I was downloading two large files at once from a rapidshare style
service and the only hard disk filled up glitching both downloads. The
downloads didn't close in the download manager, and are still listed as
though they were continuing, and I can no longer cancel downloads, clear
downloads, or manage the failed files' status in the download manager.

I am using xubuntu with xfce 4. I cannot use the command prompt to find
out what version of xubuntu I am using because the idiot who installed
it blocked me out of almost all the useful tools.
