[Bug 296187] Re: hapless "choose ..." dialog autocomplete/typeahead

On reboot,  the bug returns and I haven't been able to make it 'go away' again.  Another dialog in which it doesn't work:
"Another Application..." when looking for an application to open something from the Downloads window.

in each window i typed '/usr/bin'
