This thing has been bugging me for a long while. Seems to happen at
random intervals (Firefox 3.03 in Intrepid Ibex) and I'm not so sure
about moving the mouse during right clicks. Happens on google a lot when
trying to open multiple search results in different tabs. Hopefully this
gets fixed soon. I'll see if the mouse gestures trick works as a
temporary fix for me.
