I have the same issue with 8.10.  I upgraded and it ran without issue
for a while.  I believe an update caused this but have not had time to
verify.  I have not noticed this with other applications.  I did find if
you switch to full screen and back it displays correctly.  My resolution
is different from the above ones mentioned.  I have also tried tunning
the visual effects without success, thinking they were perhaps
conflicting.
