[Bug 216751] Re: Bookmarks tool bar does not display

i have firefox-3.0.png and everything was nice but one day i came to my
pc to find that the tool bars (stop, reload, back to previous page, and
forward) are unable to interact with! im clueless! how am i to get round
it! when i go to customize to try and fix the problem the whole tool bar
becomes unable to interact with...... what am i to do? if anyone can
help it would be much appreciated.
