[Bug 295907] [NEW] I dont get to see the minimize/maximize/close buttons, when I start my Firefox web browser

Am a Ubuntu 8.04, Hardy Heron - released in April 2008  user.
Sometimes when I open my Firefox Web Browser, I am not able to view the minimize,maximize,close buttons on the top.
I have Compiz seetings in my system. But, i tried checking a lot but could not land up with any solution.
