[Bug 295885] [NEW] Screen extends above menu bar

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

For example, when you click on a link that opens in a new window (also
from within programs such as Pidgin Instant Messenger), Mozilla extends
above all menu bars and I need to click on full screen and then again on
normal view to return to the desktop. This is a recent problem with my
upgrade to Ubuntu 8.10 and very annoying! I cannot make a screenshot of
it as this also does not work when Mozilla is in this mode.
