SOLVED**

Unistall the DEB acorbat_flashplayer
Unistall synaptic SWFDEC Mozilla 0.8.0 o 0.8.2
restart
install flash_pluginnonfree
install swfdec 0.8.0 or 0.8.2

fixed! :) no more crashes!
