[Bug 293770] [NEW] Bookmark tab creates/edits bookmark rather than dropping menu

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

After updating to Ubuntu 8.10, clicking on the Bookmarks tab in the
toolbar sometimes brings up the create new bookmark dialogue or the edit
bookmark dialogue, rather than dropping the Bookmarks menu. Hitting the
History tab has also resulted in going back a page, rather than dropping
the menu.
