The steps to repeat should also include good advertisements. Most of the people have never heard ubuntu.

I have burnt and distributed at least 50 CD in Bangalore,India. I
personally helped my friends in installing ubuntu.

One major bang in advertisement of ubuntu and people will be willing to
use ubuntu.

Hope this bug is resolved soon.
