[Bug 293388] [NEW] Window overides ubuntu 8.10 taskbars

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

After surfing online and watching some streaming video The firefox
window "uber" maximiezed itself and I can no longer utilize the Panels
unless using their hotkey (alt+F1).  both upper and lower panels are
covered and I can not resize the window.
