"as it simply best works with it" ... -> recommends. its more or less
essential to get a complete firefox experience ... not an optional
addon.

political -> kde is an unusual install as they dont have the gnome libs.
we support that by not putting gnome stuff into firefox package, but in
a recommends. if kubuntu doesnt want to use that option its their
choice.
