definitly nothing firefox can do. most likely user doesnt use simliar
sensitive mouse gestures in other apps and thus doesnt notice. we need
the right package for this.

  My Acer Aspire 3680 trackpad is extremely sensitive when I use Firefox
  3.0. Just running it down where it should go a couple lines will send it
  on a fast scroll down (like 10x the amount desired).
