[Bug 292346] [NEW] Severe freezing/disk access when typing URLs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When I, after opening Firefox 3.0.3 on Intrepid or Hardy, start typing
an URL in the address box, Firefox suddenly freezes with heavy disk
access for 5 seconds. When it comes back to life, the suggestion box is
appearing, so most likely the suggest initialiting process is the
culprit.

This behaviour makes Firefox very unvenient to use.
