Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
I installed a fresh Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex.
I boot and log as the default user ( which is called "yo" ).
Then I try to configure firefox 3.0.3 settings using Edit->Preferences. I choose a blank start page, notify me where to save the downloades files, don't remember passwords and do not check orthography while I write.
Then I close firefox.
Then I re-open firefox and the settings I put aren't saved!
I repeated the operation... same result. It's a bug, pls fix it!
