[Bug 151162] Re: drag n drop attachments is broken

confirming on an up-to-date thunderbird. for most attachments the cursor
becomes a copy-here-icon and releasing just does nothing. for some
attachments it becomes the ask-me-what-to-do-icon and releasing creates
an error - Error while copying. - There was an error getting information
about ";section=2".- The specified location is not supported.
