Please upload a crash report in /var/crash if aport is enabled or obtain a bafck trace of the crash by following directions at:https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs
or you can enable apport by editing /etc/default/apport and change 
# set this to 0 to disable apport, or to 1 to enable it enabled=0
to
# set this to 0 to disable apport, or to 1 to enable it enabled=1
Than make it crash and file bug through apport.
