[Bug 234676] [NEW] firefox blinks and the ubuntu toolbar disappears

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

I was using some online tax software (www.ufile.ca) and ever since I
have 2 problems.

1)  the whole screen blinks randomly, maybe twice/minute when I'm using
firefox

2) the Ubuntu "toolbar" (I'm not sure what it's really called) at the
top of the screen is covered up by the firefox toolbar that says "menu
edit, view ...etc), so that to close firefox I now have to click on
"file" and then "close"
