If you are running firefox in safe mode it's still continuing wrong display. In ubuntu only if you use the Live Cd you can display this page right. I think that your test confirms to me that you also have a wrong display. You can see in my attachment as you can watch the page with Firefox and Windows XP. By other hand if you use Opera in Unbuntu you also can display this page fine
