[Bug 222237] Re: firefox toolbar icons disappeared

This happens here with many extension icons (Adblock Plus, Video
Download Helper etc.). The "Custome Toolbar" dialog sometimes shows the
missing icons so I can add them but after a firefox restart they are
gone again. If I use the "restore default set" button in the dialog, all
additional icons introduced by extensions are gone from the toolbars and
the dialog!

Workaround: Things seem to be stored in localstore.rdf in the firefox
profile. The file has grown to over 40kb, so I removed the file (backup
before!) and started firefox again, customized the toolbar and after
restart all icons are still there.
