[Bug 225206] Re: First menu click directly opens it's first entry

I can confirm this bug. Clicking on the Bookmarks menu loads the new bookmark dialog not the menu.
This seems to occur only on the Bookmarks menu when clicked on the first time in a session.
This occurs whether in safe mode or not.
