John,

dierre is running Gutsy, and the most up-to-date flashplugin-nonfree
package is flashplugin-nonfree_9.0.124.0ubuntu1~gutsy1 which is in
gutsy-updates. I verified that the md5sum matches with this, so he
either doesn't have gutsy-updates enabled or the download is being
corrupted
