Alexander,

manipulating buig reports to be able to reject them - like changing a
"confirmed" to "incomplete" is not an acceptable behavior. Please
respect the work people are investing in verifying bugs,

Comment is optional on launchpad for good reason - if there is no more
relevant information, there is no point polluting the bug report.

If you need more details, please ask a question. You should respect that
people filing bug reports don't have deep technical knowledge, so please
explain exactly what they have to do in order to get the information.
