[Bug 230011] [NEW] [HARDY] Firefox print failure, default papersize erroneously Letter in German install

The Firefox print medium size defaults to US Letter in a German Hardy
install, however the papersize should default to A4 or be derived from a
global configuration that defaults to A4 for any installation that is
not run in the USA.
