This bug hasn't been touched in 5 months, and is still marked as
incomplete. There seems to be some confusion (at least on my part) as to
the debdiff. One was attached, but apparently was not generated with the
correct program? Then the request for a debdiff generated using the
debdiff program was answered by a link back to this bug. Clearly we've
stalled, but I don't want to go closing as "invalid" just yet.
