[Bug 229692] [NEW] Better download time estimation

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When there are more active downloads in Firefox, the total estimated
time is the time until the slowest download completes. This is not quite
correct. It should be reporting the time remaining to download the
_total_ remaining data at the _total_ speed.
