[Bug 229373] [NEW] Ctrl+N duplicates all tabs from the calling page

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Don't see a way in 'preferences' to change this behavior; some folks may
want all the tabs from the calling page to be duplicated in the new
page, but usually i want a new page so as to have a clean slate from
which to start adding tabs.
