[Bug 228999] Re: png images blurred within HTML

A little more info.

If I open the mrtg html page, the images are blurred as before.  If I
then open the image in a new tab, it opens blurred with the image the
same size on-screen as in the html.  However if I click reload on the
lone image it grows by about 15-20% in width and height and the blurring
disappears.  If I flick back to the html tab and then back to the lone
image, the shrinking/blurring happens again until I reload.

The MRTG HTML doesn't seem to have any image width/heights set.
