[Bug 228999] [NEW] png images blurred within HTML

We make fairly extensive use of MRTG graphing.

When I use it from my laptop, the images are blurred with HTML, but not
if I view them explicitly. I should mention I'm connecting to the site
over an ssh tunnel (though I don't imagine that could make a
difference).

I'll attach three screenshots which illustrate this:

1. a screenshot of an example mrtg page with graphs
2,3. screenshots of those graphs viewed in isolation right-click and "view image".

It's pretty weird.  I'd have guessed a screen issue except that the
images render properly when viewed in isolation.
