[Bug 228852] [NEW] Mozilla Firefox F6 is buggy

Public bug reported:

When you press the 'F6' key in Mozilla Firefox it brings to you URL bar.
Now if you press F6 again it brings you away from it.
Now if you press F6 once again, it should bring you back to the URL bar, but it don't.
